Whitefish is home to a downhill MTB park and more than 65 miles of cross-country trails connecting our venue to Big Mountain and downtown Whitefish! Bike rentals are available through the venue and Whitefish Mountain Resort.
Whitefish is home to Whitefish Lake and the Whitefish River - famous for whitewater rafting. Opportunities abound for rafting, kayaking, boating, fly boarding, fishing, and more.

Whitefish isn't known for it's rock climbing, but there are a few notable crags in the area. Check out Kila (24 mi south) or Eureka (50 mi north), both off highway MT-93.

The iconic National park is located less than 30 minutes from Whitefish. Visit some of Montana's most breathtaking views!

WILD HORSE ISLAND
Wild Horse Island State Park is a wildlife preserve in the middle of Flathead Lake and home to a herd of wild horses. Access the park by boat and hike the island's many trails in search of the elusive herd!
